Art.1 Delivery Our goal is to send your purchase on the first working day after we've received your payment. If it is for any reason not possible to send your purchase within two working days, we will inform you by e-mail. Art.2 Payment Delivery will take place after payment in advance. Payment can be done by iDEAL, creditcard or banktransfer to ING bankaccount 5079896 (Swift- and IBAN number to be found on your invoice or on page "Contact us"). Payment should be accompanied by the order number, to be found on your invoice. Without that number the delivery can't be processed! If we haven't received payment within 7 days after ordering, the order will be cancelled. In that case the ordered articles will be taken out of reservation. If you regret an order, please cancel it, so that articles will not be hold in reservation unnecessarily. Art.3 Shipping We charge fixed packing- and transmission costs: Within The Netherlands that is € 3.95. For purchases from outside The Netherlands, but within Europe costs are € 5.95. Outside Europe we charge €15.00. Our shipping supplier is TNT post. Art. 4 Missing Packages For shipping Knotsknetter uses the address which is provided by the customer. We can't be held responsible for wrong address information provided by the customer, or no delivery of the package because of mistakes made by TNT post. Fortunately, since we've started the Company four years ago, there have never been any delivery problems. In case those problems should occur, we obviously try to trace the package. Art.5 Returning According to the Dutch law "Buying on distance" the customer has the right to return purchases within 7 days after delivery. Any reason for returning is not obliged. Before returning the customer has to inform Knotsknetter by sending an e-mail. Transmission costs for returning are for account of the customer. Returned purchases have to be unused, and packed in the original packaging. Restitution of the purchase money will take place as soon as possible but at least within 30 days after receiving the returned articles (as obliged by law). Art.6 Privacy Statement Your personal information is needed for processing and shipping your order. This information will be stored in the customer file of Knotsknetter. We will never forward this information to third parties without your explicit approval, unless we are forced to do so by legitimate obligations and conditions. Art.7 Law All our products, texts and conditions are under Dutch Law. |
